DAY 1

Met on arrival at the airport by our customer representative and thereafter transfer to your connecting flight to Arusha. Arrival and transfer to the Serena Mountain Village for overnight. Rest of the day at leisure to relax.

DAY 2

After breakfast drive to your lodge perched on the edge of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. Arrive in time for lunch at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge followed by a late afternoon game drive in the park home to numerous birds, elephant, tree-climbing loins, hippos and buffaloes.

DAY 3 /4

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti Serena lodge in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Next day you have the opportunity to enjoy an early morning balloon safari (extra cost) over the Serengeti Plains, which includes a bubbly champagne breakfast upon landing, or you can take an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Return to the lodge where you have the remainder of the morning at leisure before lunch and a late afternoon game drive

DAY 5

This morning drive to Olduvai Gorge for a visit to the site of the remains of prehistoric man. Continue your journey to Ngorongoro Crater host to the ?birthplace of man?. It is also home to the unique intact caldera, the Ngorongoro Crater. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge

DAY 6

Enjoy breathtaking views of the crater as the sun rises. After breakfast, descend 2000 feet below the rim of the crater for a morning tour of spectacular game viewing. The crater is home to abundant game, including the “big five”, the black rhino, jackal and Cape buffalo. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit a Masai village. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

DAY 7 /8

Early morning breakfast and drive to Arusha where you are met on arrival and transfer by road to the border town of Namanga at the Kenya/Tanzania Border. Transfer drivers and vehicles and drive to Amboseli National Park. The following day we enjoy some fantastic game viewing across the grassy plains and in the shadow of neighbouring snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro.

DAY 9

After breakfast drive back to Nairobi to end our safari in the mid/late afternoon.
