DAY 1: Nairobi

Met on arrival by our customer care representative, briefed on safari, before departing to a city hotel to relax.

DAY 2: Mt Kenya

Drive North through the rich farmlands of coffee, pineapples and more to the world famous Mt Kenya region. Arrive in time for lunch. Your afternoon will be spent free, giving you an opportunity to enjoy activities such as horseback riding, bowling, golf, tennis, and nature walks. Dinner and overnight at a Lodge / Camp.

DAY 3 /4: Samburu

Continue with your safari adventure as you drive north with a stop at the famous signpost at the Equator to take memorable photographs as you cross from the Southern into the Northern hemisphere. Samburu Reserve is famous for the rare and unusual reticulated giraffe, long-necked gerenuk, Colobus monkey, beisa oryx and Grevy?s zebra, some of which you may spot during your late afternoon game drive. The following day explore the beauty and ruggedness of this game park on your game viewing drives.

DAY 5: Sweetwaters

This morning drive to Sweetwaters Tented Camp, set in the heart of a large privately owned game reserve, enjoying magnificent views across the plains to the peaks of Mountain Kenya. Each tented accommodation has a private verandah. Sitting within the quaint, original farmhouse are the dining room, bar and reception.

DAY 6: Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, board your safari cruiser and drive through Aberdares Mountain range and the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park once described by American ornithologist Roger Tory-Peterson as ?the most fabulous bird spectacle in the world.? The park and its lake play host to lesser flamingos and species of animals, including lion, leopard, rhino and hyena. Enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive along the lakeshore.

DAY 7: Masai Mara

Today continue your safari adventure into the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and a late afternoon game viewing drive.

DAY 8: Masai Mara
Enjoy two full days of morning and late afternoon game drives, with afternoons spent relaxing on the hotel grounds. On one of the mornings you may opt for optional early morning balloon safari over the Mara Plains, which includes a bubbly champagne breakfast upon landing. Or take an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the hippo pool. Return to the lodge, where you have the remainder of the morning at leisure before lunch and a late afternoon game drive.

DAY 9: Nairobi

After breakfast we head back to Nairobi where our safari ends. (Kindly note that; lunch on this day is NOT included in the cost but can be arranged on request).
