We offer car hire in Nairobi, Kenya as well as East Africa. Vehicles range from small saloon vehicles to buses and four wheel drives, on chauffer driven basis.
Transport and car hire services are one of Acacia Safaris specialties and we have an impressive range of successful conferences under our belt to prove it.

Whether it be a small seminar for ten people or an international event in one of the safari cities, we have proved that we are capable of proposing practical solutions to the conference organizer’s transport problems and have the capacity to fully manage the intricacies required of a successful conference.

We have recently worked and executed transport services for major organizations among them:

1. UPDEA / KENGEN Congress held in Nairobi on 24 – 26th June 2008 at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi.
2. FAO Regional Conference held in Nairobi on 15 – 19th June 2008 at United Nations Office Gigiri.
3. CIC Insurance (ICMIF Development Workshop) held on 6-8th June 2009 in Nairobi Safari Club.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

• Special monthly and long term rates available on request
• Rates do not include Park entrance fees, overnight stay and driver’s allowance.
• * Saloon cars: A maximum of 100 km per transfer / disposal will be allowed, extra mileage @ Kes. 20 per km
• An extra Kes. 300 will be charged per hour if working hours (6 am – 6 pm) are exceeded on the disposal rates
• Rates are quoted in Kenya Shillings (currency)
• Rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel prices or as other conditions may dictate
